Women's Doubles Brackets in PDF Format Air Force sophomore Miles Maloy advanced to the quarterfinals of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Summer Circuit Event Saturday at the Academy. Maloy will face the tournament's top seed, Ryan Gormley of Penn State, on Sunday. Maloy received a bye in the first round, then defeated Zach Pendleton, 4-6, 6-3, 10-7, in the round of 16. Air Force's other entry, junior Austin Francis, defeated Andrew Benson in a three-set thriller, 6-4, 6-7, 10-7, in the first round, but lost a three-setter to Trenton Alenik, 4-6, 6-3, 10-7, in the round of 16. Maloy and Francis dropped an 8-6 decision to Sean Carlton and Angelo Faustino in the first round of the men's doubles bracket on Saturday. Sunday's action will begin at 9 a.m., with men's singles, followed by women's singles play at 10:30 p.m.
