FORT WORTH, Texas - The Mountain West Conference Board of Directors selected Dr. Tom Buchanan, University of Wyoming President as the chair for the 2008-09 academic year. Gen. John Regni, United States Air Force Academy Superintendent, Dr. David Schmidly, University of New Mexico President and Dr. Victor Boschini, Texas Christian University Chancellor, will also serve on the Board Executive Committee.
